What's most disappointing about all of this is that one of the main developers on IW said they planned to support spec ops for a while. But I feel like already they've forgotten about it for the sake of the shiny new toy on the block (i.e. war zone). Here is the video I'm referencing.

I installed all four packs, did a full console reboot, logged onto Modern Warfare, and when I get to the main menu it will only let me access Warzone and Campaign. When I try to access Multi-player or Co-Op it says it still needs to be installed. When I click on either option, it takes me to a page that shows that all 4 packs have been installed.
Local play with internet access does allow for a broader selection of options. Ground war, invasion, war zone, and co-op are unavailable for private matches. All 10 maps are available as are all the other modes but still capped at 11 ai. Overall disappointed, was looking forward to experimenting with the larger modes.
